Challenge:

The Sickla Tunnel project, part of the Stockholm Metro Blue Line extension, involves complex underground concrete works for tunnel walls and associated structures in a deep station environment serving Stockholm, extending toward Nacka and Söderort. As a subcontractor, our project management team oversees planning, coordination, quality control, and safety in alignment with strict engineering and regulatory requirements. Working closely with designers, main contractors, and specialist teams, we coordinate formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement in a highly demanding tunnelling environment. Through proactive risk management, detailed planning, and continuous stakeholder coordination, we maintain steady progress while upholding high standards of safety and quality, contributing to the successful delivery of critical metro infrastructure.
